Rage House Policy Information

Welcome to Rage House! We want you to have an unforgettable experience while staying safe. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following policies:

Safety First

  • All participants must sign a waiver before entering.
  • Minimum age: 18+ (or 8+ with a parent/guardian present).
  • Safety gear (helmet, goggles, gloves, and coveralls) is required at all times.
  • No entry under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Our staff may stop or refuse service if unsafe behavior is observed.

Rage House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under influence.

Bookings & Payments

  • Sessions should be booked in advance to secure your spot.
  • Payments are due at the time of booking.
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Group bookings available; contact us for custom packages.

Conduct Rules

  • Smash only the items provided.
  • Do not remove items or equipment from the premises.
  • Follow all staff instructions immediately.
  • Aggressive behavior toward staff or other guests will result in removal without refund.

Damage & Property

  • Use equipment only as intended.
  • Any damage to property outside designated rage rooms is the customer’s responsibility.
  • Do not tamper with fire alarms, sprinklers, or safety systems.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a refund (minus deposit).
  • Rescheduling is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late arrivals may shorten your session time without refund.

Recording & Privacy

  • Security cameras are in use for safety.
  • Personal photos/videos may be taken with staff approval.
  • Rage House may request consent to use media for promotional purposes.
