RAGE HOUSE TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking and/or entering Rage House, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Assumption of Risk
- Participation in Rage House activities involves breaking objects, physical exertion, and the potential for injury.
- You understand and accept all risks, including but not limited to cuts, bruises, falls, impact injuries, or emotional stress.
- You voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks, damages, or losses incurred.
2. Liability Waiver
- Rage Room, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property.
- By signing/booking, you release Rage House from all claims, demands, or legal actions arising out of participation.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rage House against any third-party claims resulting from your participation.
3. Eligibility & Restrictions
- Minimum age requirement: 8 years old (participants under the age of 18 must have parent/guardian consent).
- Participants must be sober and free from drugs or alcohol. Intoxicated individuals will be denied entry with no refund.
- Certain health conditions (e.g., heart issues, pregnancy, recent injuries) may make participation unsafe. Participating in smashing activities is prohibited for all pregnant women. Individuals with any other health conditions, entry is at your own discretion and risk.
Protective Gear
- Safety equipment (helmets, gloves, suits, goggles) must be worn at all times.
- Failure to follow safety rules results in immediate termination of your session with no refund.
5. Behavior & Rules
- No physical contact with other participants, staff, or property outside designated breakable items.
- Only approved tools/weapons may be used. Bringing personal items to destroy is not permitted unless pre-approved.
- Aggressive or reckless behavior outside designated areas is grounds for removal.
6. Booking, Payment & Refunds
- All bookings are final. Refunds are not provided for cancellations, no-shows, or late arrivals.
- Late arrivals will lose time from their session. Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival.
- Group/corporate bookings require a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at management’s discretion.
7. Personal Belongings
- Lockers/storage are provided, but Rage House is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
- Phones, cameras, and valuables must remain outside the rage area unless explicitly allowed. Phones are allowed in the rage room, but must be in the designated phone slot.
8. Media Release
- By entering the rage room, you consent to the use of photos/videos for marketing, promotions, or social media, unless you opt out in writing before your session.
9. Right to Refuse Service
- Rage House reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who fails to follow instructions, appears to be intoxicated, or poses a safety risk.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Texas, and any disputes will be resolved in local jurisdiction.
By booking and/or participating, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
