Rage House | Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

By booking and paying for a session at Rage House, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your booking.


1. Payment & Booking Agreement

All bookings are processed through Stripe. Payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your session. Submitting payment constitutes acceptance of this policy.


2. Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Each booking is eligible for one (1) reschedule under the following conditions:

  • The new session date must fall within fourteen (14) calendar days of your original booking date.
  • Reschedule requests must be made by phone call, email, or in person at our location (see Contact section). Requests sent through any other channel (social media, third-party messaging, etc.) will not be honored.
  • If you are rescheduling on the same day as your original booking, you must provide at least one (1) hour of notice before your scheduled start time.
  • Each booking may only be rescheduled one time. Subsequent change requests will be treated as cancellations under Section 3.
  • If you do not redeem your rescheduled session within the 14-day window, the booking is forfeited and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation requests must be made by phone, email, or in person at our location. The cancellation timestamp is determined by the time we receive your request, not the time it was sent.


4. Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at their scheduled times. Late arrivals will lose time from their session, and sessions will end at the originally scheduled time regardless of when you arrive. No refund, credit, or extension will be issued for time missed due to late arrival.


5. Termination of Service

Rage House reserves the right to refuse, terminate, or shorten a session — with no refund, credit, or rescheduling — under the following circumstances:

  • Visible intoxication or impairment by alcohol or drugs
  • Failure to wear required safety equipment or to follow safety instructions
  • Using tools, props, or items in a manner not demonstrated or approved by staff
  • Entering restricted areas or interacting with off-limits items
  • Aggressive, threatening, reckless, or unsafe behavior toward staff, other guests, equipment, or property
  • Any other conduct that disregards posted signage, staff direction, or that, in the sole judgment of Rage House staff, presents a risk to safety

This refund forfeiture applies regardless of how much time remains in the booked session, and is in addition to any liability for damages as described in the signed Participant Release.


6. Processing Fees

A $35.00 non-refundable processing fee applies to all approved refunds. This fee covers payment processing, administrative time, and the cost of holding the reservation. The fee is deducted from the refund amount before the balance is returned.


7. Refund Method & Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method only through Stripe.
  • Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • We cannot issue refunds to a different card, account, or payment method.

8. Exceptions to Standard Policy

Cancellations Initiated by Rage House. In the rare event that Rage House must cancel your session due to equipment issues, facility problems, weather, staffing emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control, you will be offered a full refund with no processing fee, or the option to reschedule at no additional cost (not subject to the 14-day window).

Owner Discretion. Rage House reserves the right, at the sole discretion of the owner, to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis, including (but not limited to) waiving the processing fee, extending reschedule windows, or issuing partial refunds in special circumstances. Exceptions are not guaranteed and do not establish precedent for future bookings.


9. Group & Corporate Bookings

Group bookings and corporate parties are subject to the same refund and cancellation terms as individual bookings unless otherwise agreed in writing at the time of booking. For large or custom packages, specific terms may be communicated in your booking confirmation and, where stated, will supersede the general terms above for that booking only.


10. Disputes & Chargebacks

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first before filing a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer. The vast majority of issues can be resolved directly and far more quickly. You can reach us by phone, email, or in person at our location (see Contact section below).

Filing a chargeback in violation of this policy — for example, after a no-show, after the 24-hour cancellation window has closed, or for a session that was completed — may be contested with your card issuer using this policy, your booking confirmation, and the signed waiver as supporting documentation.


11. Waivers

All participants must complete the Rage House liability waiver before participating in any session. The waiver is separate from this Refund & Cancellation Policy. Failure to complete the waiver does not entitle a participant to a refund outside the terms above. For full participation requirements, see our Terms & Conditions. 12. Changes to This Policy

Rage House may update this policy from time to time. The policy in effect on the date of your booking is the policy that governs that booking.
