By signing the Participant Release of Liability and Accident Waiver — which includes a Photo/Video Release — you consent to photographs and videos being taken of you during your participation in the smash room, splatter room, or other Activities, and to publication of those photographs and videos by Rage House for advertising, promotional, and marketing purposes. You also waive any right to royalties or other compensation related to the use of your image or recording.

Rage House welcomes participants ages 8 and older with a parent or guardian’s signed waiver and supervision. A parent or guardian who books on behalf of a minor is responsible for the personal information they provide about that minor.
